Cars24 experience selling my Audi overall was good experience. They reached out to me based on my Carsales ad via SMS. I was a bit sceptical at first but made contact with them of which they assigned a contact person Arif. He asked Me specific questions on the car which all sounded legitimate. The next step was organising a Google video call where they meticulously went over the car (approx 45min) inside & out taking video & still pictures. Following the call I had to send through the following:
- Rego
- Mechanical history records & log book
Following this information I was advised of an offer price within 24hrs which was reasonable I believe of which I counter offered & they agreed.
The contracts for sale was very professional using Docusign (which I use for work) & I read all the T&C and all looked legitimate.
Following both party’s signing I received the following:
- Initial deposit which I confirmed to Arif via SMS
- Payment of Balance was paid the next day of which I then dropped the car to them.
I elected to drop the vehicle to Brisbane workshop which was also a seamless experience with the team.
In summary I would recommend these guys if you are looking to sell your vehicle quickly at a fair price that is between what a typical dealer would offer vs Private Sale. I did do my due diligence on Google Review of these guys before I signed the contract so hoping this helps others too. Overall a solid business model these guys have got with good communication which I valued throughout the entire process.

Smooth & hassle-free selling experience I had great experience selling car to Car24.I was very skeptical at first but D***v was excellent explaining the entire process. Thankfully I agreed to go on with virtual inspection with B*****a with the agreed offer.
