Tech and Safety Upgrades
New digital displays and Recaro seats for tS variants
A 12.3-inch LCD digital instrument cluster debuts on the Subaru WRX tS sedan and Sportswagon models. These top-spec trims also receive Recaro front sports seats, including eight-way power adjustment for the driver and four-way manual adjustment for the front passenger. Red ‘WRX’ dash embroidery is specific to the tS CVT sedan.
More safety as standard
All 2025 WRX variants now come equipped with Subaru’s Emergency Driving Stop System, which can bring the vehicle to a halt if the driver becomes unresponsive. The driver monitoring system is now available as standard with both body shapes, although previously exclusive to the WRX wagon.
Design and Styling Enhancements
A new Galaxy Purple Pearl paint replaces Solar Orange Pearl across the sedan line-up. Inside, the Subaru WRX wagon gains black headlining to match the sedan. Felt-lined door pockets are added to tS variants for a more premium cabin feel.
Performance and Engine Specs
No mechanical updates have been introduced for the 2025 WRX. All variants are powered by the familiar 202kW/350Nm 2.4-litre turbocharged four-cylinder boxer engine. Both six-speed manual and CVT automatic transmissions remain available, depending on the variant.
